In chapters 4 and 5 you identified competencies for each job or role within your organization and created sub-competencies important for your organization and various departments. In this chapter, you will learn about the Individual Professional Development Assessment (IPDA) and how to administer this assessment to your staff and volunteers. In this chapter we also discuss how to overcome the challenges that may come up during the IPDA administration process and how to analyze results. Figure 6.1 provides you with an IPDA checklist.
