Chapter 7The Individual Learning Styles Assessment
Now that you've administered and scored the IPDA, it's time to administer one last assessment to your employees and volunteers, the Individual Learning Styles Assessment (ILSA). In this chapter we explain the ILSA, provide you a sample assessment, and show you how to score the assessment and interpret the results. We also provide you examples of ILSA results from our four pilot organizations. Figure 7.1 gives you an ILSA checklist.
