Plain Language—Who Gives a Crap

The push to use plain language is substantial, and it’s growing. In fact, plain language has become a global movement. Plain Language Association International (PLAIN), for example, includes members from over 30 countries working in at least 15 languages. In some of those countries, including the United States, plain language is now the law in many cases.

Plain language advocates are demanding change. That demand is linked to two issues we have already discussed.
