With her framework in hand, and her challenges on paper, V prepared to meet her CEO to explain the way forward.
V, the chief growth officer at EdgyMaven, sat down with CEO Steph Williams to discuss the selection of the team she had assembled to explore the technology and business model changes in Web3, the Metaverse and AI space. In addition, V wanted to share her overall approach.
“I'm really happy with the team I put together,” V said. “We have a great mix of skills and expertise, including a skilled gamer, an educator, a product manager, a strategist, a marketer, and a designer.”
Steph nodded in agreement. “That's great to hear. I know we're all excited about the potential of Web3, AI, and the metaverse, but it's important that we have the right team in place to explore these changes. I want to make it clear that this is not a technology project. This is a project to use the technology to solve real‐world problems we are having around customer experience and engagement.”
“Absolutely,” V replied. “One of the things I focused on when building the team was finding people with diverse perspectives. We have team members with backgrounds in engineering, marketing, and design, which will prove to be a valuable asset in our problem‐solving process.”
