The next section of the education session was about use cases. There was so much hype in this new space that Rex wanted to make sure the team understood the real utility being used today, because he always believed that utility was greater than hype!
Rex began chatting with his “students” before the session started.
“There is tremendous value in use cases. They help show how the theory becomes real through the thought process, steps, and resources that would be used. In addition, use cases can reveal whether the choice of approach and technology is a fit for a specific company, and can even identity potential risks. For example, a use case for a metaverse can demonstrate how it can increase engagement, revenue, and customer satisfaction in the gaming industry.”
V then hustled into the room. She was the last to arrive and came in wearing her Argent jacket and jeans. V called out above the team's chatting, “I'm so excited now to hear how other leading‐edge companies are leveraging all these cool technology and business models. Should we jump right in or are there any questions from yesterday's session?”
“I have a question,” Dawn piped up, trying to add in some techie questions she knew she'd need as the educator of the group. “Are there metaverses that don't use Web3 technology?”
