V was happy with the last three weeks.

• The first week, Rex had been introduced as an outside expert to do an education session on the technology.
• The second week, Rex led them through case studies and fireside chats on the business outcomes from the technology with real case studies.
• The third week gave time for the team to get their hands into the experiences with five packed and immersive days.

V wrote out a description based on what she had learned over the previous weeks. She shared it with the team.

Speaking with authority, V began, “I've defined something I call the Rabbit mindset. I want each rabbit team member to take on this mindset. Here's how I describe it.”

She showed this on the screen while she read the words out loud.
