Let’s begin our journey. As in any journey, we have to begin by defining a starting point. In the case of the TLS Continuum, that starting point is the identification of the goal of the continuous process. If we take the old adage from the field of journalism, we need to begin with the who, what, where, and when of the journey. The goal/problem statement represents the who and the what of the journey. The goal tells who has the problem and what that problem is.
