Chapter 9Creating the Goal Statement
We have utilized the various tools from the TLS Continuum toolbox to identify our goal/problem statement, and we have determined what we believe is the right path to resolve the issue that the client or stakeholder has brought to our attention. The next task is communicate that path to the entire breadth of the stakeholders. How do we present that goal/problem statement so it is clearly understood by everyone?
