In the previous chapter, we talked about the existence of cross-functional teams and their responsibilities within the TLS Continuum. But the teams do not operate in a spaghetti against the wall
method. Rather, each member of the team has a distinct role to play. With the suggestion that an ideal team size is around 150, we are not suggesting that the team operations are nothing but a free-for-all. Every team has a hierarchy of roles and responsibilities, which the team utilizes in its search for the right solution. Notice we did not say result, but rather solution.
