Chapter 22Continuous Process Improvement Pillar
The final pillar in the TLS Continuum implementation plan is that of continuous process improvement. It is the essence of what we do. Peter Pane tells us that there is always a better way. The TLS Continuum tells us that once we identify the system constraint and eliminate it, another constraint will appear, requiring us to start the process once more. Upon the review of our process improvement efforts, we find that there are some strategies that will enhance the potential for a successful improvement effort.
