In some ways, this particular chapter is what inspired this entire book – and this is why it is my last chapter to close out the tools and mindsets offered here. While my hope is the theme of “Owning the Outcomes” comes through strongly throughout this entire text, I also want to use this next chapter to define, inspire, and lay out a process for truly, deeply owning outcomes from start to finish.
