Constantly rejects feedback

You have someone in your team who, when given feedback, always refuses to accept it and denies that it’s valid. You think it’s important to get this individual to see that the feedback is useful and you would like their behaviour to change because of the impact it’s having on their performance and those of others in the team.

First, think:

There are many reasons why someone might resist feedback. The first important step is to reflect on why this individual is rejecting your feedback.
