Observe Deeply and Learn Iteratively (PDCA) to Meet Each Challenge

During the testing of the 200 looms (to test if they would work in real world operating conditions) I came out with various suggestions, and [Father] tried every single one of them. Humans come up with a surprising number of useless ideas; when you actually try them out, the ones you thought were good ideas sometimes prove to be unexpectedly useless, and the ones you thought were bad ideas sometimes turn out to be unexpectedly good. This is the principle that practice is number one. In a discussion about a certain thing with my father, I won the discussion.
