Assessing Fitness
As promised, Lou announced that he would be conducting the team evaluation by e-mail, sending everyone their personal, confidential reports and then chatting with each team member privately. He also noted that every team member would get the aggregate team goal scores and any continue-start-stop comments about team goals as well.
Within the following week each team member received a Team Assessment Survey that looked like this one, although each was customized for individual participants:
