Now, let’s dig deeper into your business. Regardless of the type of organizational structure there are a few common elements for every business owner and CEO that are crucial for you to get the results you want. I’ll start off with Dr. Deming’s quote again as it bears repeating: “Every system is perfectly designed to get the results it gets.” You already have a corporate structure, employees, and processes in place. If you are getting exactly the results you want that’s great. If not, don’t expect different results without making important changes, especially in your corporate culture.
