INCLUSION
Discussions about inclusion may be familiar to you. We hear a lot about it in reference to our education system, when teachers, parents, and administrators talk about the importance of mainstreaming kids into classrooms. You may hear about the need for inclusion after ethnic tension arises in a community. And inclusion has more recently become a familiar topic in the workplace, as part of an effort to move beyond initial conversations about diversity into the realm of collaboration and cooperation.
