As you sit down to a meeting, what do you say to yourself? “I can’t wait for this to be over” or “What a great opportunity”? More often than not, I imagine it’s the former. Many of us see meetings as tedious facts of organizational life, where often little of interest is said and little decided. The real push and pull of work goes on elsewhere.
