Failure is good for you

Ask some friends for their greatest learning experiences and you are likely to hear about a failure or two. Failure is a great way to learn. Failure does not teach you more—or less—than success. It just teaches you different things. With success, you learn about how to be successful. With failure, you learn that you still need to learn. Success stories already steal too many headlines. Success gets the lion’s share of our attention. For creative balance, you need to learn from both success and failure.
