Impassioned people make the difference

If a team is to consistently tackle issues with a creative flair, they will need a stance that sets them apart and the desire to question everything. Call it oomph, pizzazz or whatever you think best. The fact is that they will have to rely on their strengths, be aware of their limitations and constantly ask questions about the status quo. In a phrase, they will need to be “impassioned people who challenge the current view”.
