Dare to share your creative efforts
While you and your colleagues are doing creative things, it makes perfect sense to share your approach and results with others. Show them how you create. Also show them what you have created. When you do, you will find an eager audience who are naturally interested in creative people, places and activities. When sharing, you will also provide a benchmark for other groups who are applying some creative thinking of their own. They would welcome a chance to compare and contrast methods and outcomes (and so should you).
Of course, the biggest reason for sharing what you do is to get your ideas out and about, where they can make a difference. Sharing should not be the last entry on your list of things ...
