Recognise, reward and celebrate for long-term success

People who take the time to recognise each other and celebrate together are more successful. Kenichi Ohmae, the renowned strategist, emphasised this point in his list of 12 successful “do’s for collaboration”.1 To be fair, the situation is somewhat self-referential, as success breeds celebration just as much as celebration breeds success.
