Imagine that your business is based in a large city, and management has decided to move all the employees from several small satellite locations to a centrally located office building. Your boss calls you in and tells you that you are going to volunteer to head the committee, who gets to decide where everyone is going to sit in the new building. Aren’t you lucky?
