Getting to New Ventures You Can Incubate
The first step to Venture Building is to make sure you have an idea to incubate in the first place.
At this point, you’re probably at one of three stages in the new venture ideation process:
You have one to two specific new venture ideas that you want to move straight to the Incubate phase. If this is the case, you’ll conduct a Challenge Framing and Stakeholder Mapping session to structure the jumping-off point and establish the guardrails for the venture.
You have a large number of ideas that you need to assess, sort, and prioritize to decide which ones are worthy of incubating ...
