Environment for Success

Challenge and landscape are so important. We rarely have all the capabilities that we need. The concepts of challenging an idea and building situational awareness are vital. I was once told that “challenge” did not mean what I thought it meant. That some people found it offensive. Then I was told that collaboration is a dirty word—it’s almost like people are sneaking around. Creating an environment for success means people will bring themselves to the work. Let’s hope that person is keen to work in a team, as opposed to disrupting it.
