IN THE QUANTUM Economy, where the boundaries of the possible are constantly being redefined, humanity serves as our compass. It reminds us that in our pursuit of excellence, we must never lose sight of our vivacity—life itself. Ultimately, it's not about how advanced our technology is, but how we use it to enrich and inspire human experiences. The future may be uncertain, but with humanity as our guiding star, it can shine. We find shining examples of a new economy not just in Norway. If we look closer, there are many great initiatives; we just need more of them. Our efforts—our performance—must adhere to a set of values that enable the indefinite extension of organized human life on the planet.

With rapid optimization and constant growth, capitalism has given us a narrative of progress. However, this narrative has been shaped by a one-sided perspective dominated by short-term self-interests, a focus on profit maximization, and a wasteful disregard for the resources our planet has provided us.
