Within hours of publishing his research titled Many of Talkspace’s Clients Susceptible to Fraud on his private blog, Jackson Jackson received a letter from Talkspace. Talkspace’s legal council informed him that he would face legal consequences if he didn’t remove the post about their company on his website. Jackson complied with Talkspace’s request but went to the media with his story.
