Appendix A. JavaScript Basics
If you don’t have much JavaScript experience, this is the absolute minimum you should know for this book. If you can read JavaScript easily by virtue of knowing some other programming language, you may still find this useful as a reference for basic syntax. This doesn’t reflect a full discussion of JavaScript concepts or even the subset found inside of this book, but if you understand the basic terms and structures covered here, you can progress through the chapters. Alternative syntax and adaptations for what is covered here are presented throughout the book. If you find yourself getting confused, come back here and see what basic structure you are building on top of.
