Introduction
From a disciplinary dimension, entrepreneurship is an enticing field in academics and practice. Moreover, entrepreneurial studies show a trend to enhance the importance of entrepreneurs in development and in the macroeconomic environment related to job creation, innovation, and economic growth (e.g., Schumpeter, 1934; Kirzner, 2009; Carree & Thurik, 2003; Van Praag & Versloot, 2007).
