The Wild Idea Club concept works best when everyone’s ideas can be heard without judgment—and then recorded, discussed, expanded upon by others, and honed until they can be pitched to the decision-makers and ultimately used for the betterment of the business. The people who presented the ideas are then acknowledged or rewarded in some way.
