Planning

The initial idea for a connected course with a travel component was first formulated at international meetings over several years when three faculty member happened to meet. Deirdre Johnston (Hope College), Rima Rantisi (AUB), and Dagmar Kusá (BISLA) proposed the course “Narratives of Peace, Conflict and Justice,” and sought planning and travel support from the Great Lakes College Association and the Endeavor Foundation.
