How to change difficult behaviour into constructive behaviour
It is quite common to have people in your workshop with ‘difficult’ behaviours, including not participating, not listening, dominating the group, not being constructive with ideas, refusing to work collaboratively or derailing the workshop in some way that prevents the team from working collectively or prevents the objective being met.
