Regular team meetings

Use for: regular team meetings

Regular team meetings are necessary, but due to time pressure and a lack of preparation, they can become a repetitive list of project updates instead of a positive use of collaboration time. Whether face to face or on a conference call, you can still plan to use more of the live time for discussion, debates and ideas.

The workshop objective: to make regular updates more dynamic and collaborative

Work out the essential information that the team need to update each other on, and develop a clear and simple template to use to do this. When updates are purely verbal, they are also less structured, can go off the point and are not comparable with each other.
