Debrief workshops

Use for: making the most of a debrief to create ideas and actions

When your team have commissioned research from an outside agency, it is worth investing some time into making the debrief as productive as possible. Instead of people arriving at the last minute, checking their emails throughout and leaving at the end of the presentation, a few hours should be set aside for a debrief workshop session to embed the learning and create actions for the project to move forward.
