I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

The Intense Debate
Before we left Athens, we managed to ship a small feature, allowing us a final celebratory dinner. It's a thrill to be in the same room at the same time when something goes live, everyone excited and worried simultaneously, each second counting down to a celebratory moment of cheering, followed by pensive investigations that nothing blew up, and then more cheering. The entire meet-up had been a series of extremes—all talk and dreams at the beginning and all work and details at the end—but it was one of the best we'd ever have.
