So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

What to Expect: Instead of focusing on personal gain, you will learn how to focus on contributing your talents for the betterment of the group. Although somewhat counterintuitive, it is an amazingly successful mindset.
Individual commitment to a group effort—that is what makes a team work, a company work, a society work, a civilization work.
The abundance mindset: “I’m happy from the success of others, especially those closest to me.” The scarcity mindset: “I’m threatened by the successes of others, especially those closest to me.”
