What to Expect: As young professionals, we often don’t have the answers or the breadth and depth of experience to know how to handle every work situation. The best response is to act “as if” you are an expert at what you do, no matter your background, behaving the way someone successful in this role should, in communication style, strategic thinking, and appearance.

Regardless of how you feel inside, always try to look like a winner. Even if you are behind, a sustained look of control and confidence can give you a mental edge that results in victory.
