  • Pre-production—budgets and concepts
  • Production—rehearsal and build period
  • Transfer to the theater—load-in, technical, and dress rehearsals Performances

At its most basic, a building project is also a four step process:

  • Pre-design
  • Design
  • Construction
  • Occupancy
