I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

What Can We Really Learn About Teams from Sports?
So the individuals have it. There is an I in teams. But teams have it too. Teams are driven to high performance, but only by virtue of the individuals within them. This conclusion is much less obvious than it sounds, for team leaders need to understand the idiosyncrasies, ambitions, and anxieties of those in their charge. Only by knowing and then playing to these will a team ever fulfill its potential. People, after all, do what they do for their own reasons, not yours or anyone else’s for that matter.
