IN THIS APPENDIX we provide checklists to help you generate ideas for safeguards or cross-check that good ideas have not been overlooked. The structure used is that in the main text, where safeguards were divided into four categories (see figure AII-1). We also comment on some other potential safeguards and their limitations.
