No matter how sincere your good intentions, your critical opinions may not always be received well. If you are a passionate worker, you may also be a perfectionist to some extent, a person who is seeking improvement all the time. You’ll therefore find flaws more easily, and people may feel that you are judging them and thinking that they are doing things wrong.
