First of all, you need to think about your goals every day. Take New Year’s resolutions. Many times I’ve heard people say in the middle of November that they have a fantastic idea, but then wait to set it up as a New Year’s resolution. Then they do nothing for the next six weeks.

By the time these six weeks have passed, the passion might have died off or some doubts might have set in, and it’ll never be set as a resolution.

If they’d started it, taken action and got on the way, they’d be six weeks further down the road – and they’d have avoided the risk of not starting it.
