Executive Coach
Nia is 38, has worked in various HR leadership roles for a mid-sized company, at various points overseeing hiring, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) and talent development. She is a strong performer, particularly gifted at coaching rising leaders and she would love to focus more exclusively on coaching women who have the potential for executive leadership.
- 1: Obsession — Nia has been passionate about people development, coaching and specifically helping to prepare women for leadership roles. In particular, she is interested in small peer-to-peer coaching formats as a way to create community and build leadership capacity.
- 2: Your Internship — Nia has worked in various elements of HR over the last 12 years and has informally coached a number of colleagues as well as friends. They have offered to be testimonials for her.
- 3: Personal Readiness — Nia is single and has a five-year-old daughter. She appreciates the stability that her career offers her and, generally speaking, she also enjoys her colleagues and the work she does. She does not want to quit her job until she has something that solidly generates revenue. She has time within her day and some flexibility on the weekends to invest in this effort.
