Migration scenario
This chapter provides an end-to-end threadsafe migration scenario that uses a migration plan based on the concepts in Chapter 4, “Threadsafe tasks” on page 71. Using this plan, we converted a sample CICS DB2 application, running as quasi-reentrant (QR) under CICS Transaction Server for z/OS (CICS TS) V1.3, to threadsafe running under CICS TS V2.3.
