Abstract
This chapter outlines the importance of an organization’s Emergency Action Plan. An emergency action plan assists an organization in preparing for the worst case scenario. This chapter will cover from evacuation of a facility, making sure the scene is safe outside of a facility prior to an evacuation, emergency response procedures, notification procedures of emergency personnel, executive staff, and next of kin.
