We averaged the responses to item 4.1 (column S) by formatting empty cells with one decimal place and entering “=AVERAGE(S2:S31)” for the target market and entering “=AVERAGE(S32:S151)” for the other respondents. We revised this formula to average responses for both groups to all metric questions (items S-2, S-3, and 4.1–11.5 in columns C, D, and S–BF).
