Chapter overview
At this stage the responsibility for the project and its use have passed to the client. However, there may be conditions determining how the building can be used and advice on these will need to be provided. As part of the project review there should be consideration of the effectiveness of the planning strategy and its delivery. If planning matters have not been complied with, advice on the procedures surrounding planning enforcement may be required.
