I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
AN INTEGRATED TRADING CONCEPT BASED ON TREND LINES AND TREND CHANNELS
The approach outlined here does nothing with trend lines and trend channels that is different from what every computer trading software program might be able to do as well. Based on definitive rules, this approach generates trading signals. The only difference from trading software is that here the trading rules are executed by hand for I was unable to program them
This may seem strange to analysts and traders who believe that anything generated by a computer is not worth considering. They forget that the computer is only a tool that is fast, accurate, and disciplined. But putting garbage trading rules in does not produce profitable trading rules out. Reliable trading signals generated by a hand analysis should be considered by every serious trader when reliable computer signals are not available.
In order to produce absolute return results, trading rules are needed that work on every financial instrument characterized by volatility and volume. This is why Forex instruments, stock index futures, and financial futures work consistently well on trend lines and trend channels if they are applied correctly.
Basic Features of an Integrated Approach
