Here is a sample big-group training objective: Provide the company with a workforce that serves customer needs and produces world-class quality products.
This big-group goal is supported by many other objectives that drill down to the level of the individual. For example this large goal might be supported by the following objectives:
The employees will be able to explain the company’s customer service goal statement.
The employees will utilize the five-step method for creating a high-quality product in each aspect of their job.
