I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
What Is Team-Driven Structured OJT?
Team-driven structured OJT is an eight-step process by which teams of employees who perform the same or similar job tasks work together to analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate their own on-the-job training program. It is a systematic, comprehensive, and integrated response to both performance problems and performance improvement opportunities. This holistic system empowers employees to take charge of their own job performance and successes, to use their skills and knowledge to the fullest extent possible, to solve problems through cooperation with others, and to align their individual and team goals with those of the organization.
