I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
How to Apply the Two-Question Technique
When the team selects a job task, write that job task at the top of the flipchart. For example, if “perform routine automobile maintenance” were selected, you would write “perform routine automobile maintenance” on the blank line beside the words “Job Task” (see Worksheet 4.1).

Keep in mind the flexibility of this model. You always have two options at the point where you have asked and answered the two questions. When it is determined that any task meets the 30-minute rule, the design team may go ahead and write the training module for that task before completing the team job task analysis.
